Conditions:

Due to high shipping costs to certain regions we cannot offer free shipping on:

1. Orders with ship to Canadian Territories (Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut; and any postal codes including 0)

2. Shipping charges vary depending on the location, size and weight of package.

P.O. BOXES:

1. Microcel’s preferred carrier is UPS.

2. Delivery to a PO Box address is NOT possible via UPS.

3. PO Boxes are only serviced by and accessible to Canada Post.

4. If a PO Box address is provided, the order will ship via Canada Post wherein additional shipping fees may be incurred and delivery times may be longer.

BUSINESS DAYS:

A business day is a regular work day in Ontario. Business days do not include weekends or Canadian or Ontario statutory holidays,

PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed within two business days. Orders are not processed on statutory holidays or weekends. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by 5PM on Monday.
