Special Order (SPO) and prepaid items are subject to the following conditions:
• A non-refundable deposit may be required before the order is placed with the supplier.
• Full payment may be required prior to shipment, depending on the product and order value.
• All special order and prepaid items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once ordered.
• Defective products will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty and RMA procedures.
• Customers will be notified when the product arrives and is ready for shipment or pickup.
• Deposits may be forfeited if the order is cancelled or remains unclaimed.
• Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
• Additional shipping or freight charges may apply if not included in the original quotation.
• Pricing may be adjusted due to supplier price changes, tariffs, currency fluctuations, or other factors beyond Microcel's control.
