Refund policy

 INSTRUCTIONS:

To request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION please follow the steps below: 

1.  Please email to returns@microcel.com or call 1-888-835-3478 with the details on the reason for the return and to get a return authorization form. 

2. An email with an attachment will be sent back to you with an RA number and a return shipping will be included where applicable.

3. Print the attachment and include it inside the shipping box.

4. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the shipping box. Product received without an RA number will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.

5. Discrepancies will be documented and emailed to you.

6. For Dealers only: PLEASE WRAP THE END-USER'S PROOF OF PURCHASE AROUND EACH ITEM AND INCLUDE ALL COMPONENTS – OTHERWISE CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

7. PLEASE DO NOT USE TAPE TO WRAP PROOF OF PURCHASE

CONDITIONS:

1. Unopened/Unused returned products, free of stickers or labels, must be in their original packaging for return to stock no later than 30 days of purchase date. A 25% restocking fee of the original purchase price will be applied.

2. All Product is under manufacturer's warranty up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

3. Proof of Purchase (example packing list, receipt, etc.) must be provided.

4. RAs are valid for 30 days only from the date of issue.

5. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the products to Microcel.
