Returns and Exchanges


INSTRUCTIONS:

To request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION please follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to your account, download the Return Authorization form, complete and email to returns@microcel.com or Call (905) 853 2568 x 244.

2. An email with an attachment will be sent back to you with a RA number and a pre paid return shipping will be included where applicable.

3. Print the attachment and include it inside the shipping box.

4. Clearly Mark the RA number on the outside of the shipping box. Product received without RA number will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.

5. Discrepancies will be documented and emailed to you.

6. For Dealers only: PLEASE WRAP THE END-USER'S PROOF OF PURCHASE AROUND EACH ITEM AND INCLUDE ALL COMPONENTS – OTHERWISE CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

7. PLEASE DO NOT USE TAPE TO WRAP PROOF OF PURCHASE**

CONDITIONS:

1. Unopened/Unused Returned Product free of stickers or labels must be in their original packaging for Return to Stock no later than 30 days of purchase date. A 25% restocking fee of the original purchase price will be applied.

2. All Product is under manufactures warranty up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

3. Proof of Purchase (example packing list, receipt, etc...) must be provided.

4. RAs are valid for 30 days only from date of issue.

5. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to Microcel.
